Our last Community Partnership of the year was very successful! This was an opportunity for our organizational partners, parents, existing and new partners to listen to the organizations describe their project up for community vote by eligible Partnership members before concluding the voting phase of the Request for Proposals (RFP) process! The eligible Partnership members were able to vote virtually, in-person, or over the phone for several weeks before this final voting opportunity. 

This meeting also served as a platform for introducing the nominees for the Lideres Comunitarios de Wilmington (LCW), who are a combination of parents, organizational representatives, and stakeholders who are interested in representing the community and driving powerful change within Best Start Wilmington. Eligible Partnership members were able to vote during the meeting as well. Grantees and final election results were announced in the following weeks!
