Members of the Best Start Wilmington Partnership gathered to learn about the projects and RFP submissions from various organizations. Avalon Arts and Cultural Alliance, AHN Foundation, Black Women for Wellness, Family Promise of South Bay, Harbor Interfaith, LA Walks, M.O.R.E. Mothers, ORALE, SBCC, Toberman Neighborhood Center, Vision y Compromiso, Wilmington Community Clinic, and Pretty Women Pray Not Prey, each presented a summary of their proposed projects to the attendees. 

Following the presentations, active members engaged in Participatory Budgeting, voting for the Network Grantees for the upcoming Year 7 (2024-2025). Members had the option to vote online using their phones, while those needing assistance could vote after the partnership meeting. To conclude, the Home Visitation Collaborative was celebrated, with city officials honoring the team of Home Visitors for their exceptional community work and positive impact on families.
